About our Fitness InstructorsDonna Bundy, MCR's wellness coordinator and fitness instructor has over 20 years of experience in fitness training and instruction. Certified in fitness counseling, personal training, aerobics and water aerobics, Donna combines her extensive knowledge and experience and her verve and exuberance to guide, teach, motivate and inspire participants of her classes to get on and stay on the road to fitness and good health. Donna teaches water aerobics, cardio kick and punch and other classes. Suzanne Buhr, who is a certified water aerobics instructor, teaches water aerobic classes. Inspired by an aerobics class that she took under Donna Bundy more than twelve years ago, Suzanne decided to be a fitness instructor, teaching Water Aerobics as well as Pilates and Yoga for over a decade now. Paulette Jech has been teaching yoga for many years. She completed over 200 hours of training with the Arkansas Yoga center where she gained certification.
