Members must sign-up for at least 3 months. Monthly fees are due at the first of each month.

To help you get started on your wellness and fitness program, we have put together a 15-minute orientation program that includes:

  • A tour of the facility, in particular, the fitness center.
  • Description and explanation of our fitness classes and other offerings.
  • Instruction on the proper use of our fitness equipment and their purpose.

You may also retain the services of any of our fitness instructors as personal trainer at an additional cost. She could help you put together a specific and customized wellness and fitness program to help you achieve your fitness goals. Please ask our Wellness Coordinator for details.

About our Fitness Instructors

Donna Bundy, MCR's wellness coordinator and fitness instructor has over 20 years of experience in fitness training and instruction. Certified in fitness counseling, personal training, aerobics and water aerobics, Donna combines her extensive knowledge and experience and her verve and exuberance to guide, teach, motivate and inspire participants of her classes to get on and stay on the road to fitness and good health. Donna teaches water aerobics, cardio kick and punch and other classes.

Suzanne Buhr, who is a certified water aerobics instructor, teaches water aerobic classes. Inspired by an aerobics class that she took under Donna Bundy more than twelve years ago, Suzanne decided to be a fitness instructor, teaching Water Aerobics as well as Pilates and Yoga for over a decade now.

Paulette Jech has been teaching yoga for many years. She completed over 200 hours of training with the Arkansas Yoga center where she gained certification. She also received training and certification in Levels I and III through YogaFit in Tulsa, OK and in Kansas City, MO.
